Sabina has 30 years of experience as a training and lifestyle coach, and has coached several seasons' participants in Biggest Loser. She is the author of three training books and is a highly appreciated speaker on the topic A sustainable lifestyle, where she focuses on training, nutrition and mental resilience.
Power through
The program includes three outdoor training sessions with varying focus on strength, interval training and cardio. Your body provides the resistance in the excercises, which are adapted to challenge everyone based on your level of fitness.
Restore your energy levels
Take care of tired muscles and relax in the hotel's sauna and jacuzzi and top up your energy levels with fruit and snacks during the day and a three course dinner at night. After a good night's sleep, breakfast is served.
Stronger together
During the weekend, you will spend a lot of time together as a group - during training, meals and relaxation - and a good vibe in the group will definitely affect results in a positive way. Meet others that share your interest and start new friendships.
