A gourmet experience for those who truly appreciate the joy of exceptional food and drink. In this package, our team of chefs has done their absolute utmost to create an unforgettable culinary experience – with an eight-course dinner at its center.

Upon check-in, a chilled bottle of champagne and fresh fruit await you in your room. After that, a welcome fika is served, including a smoothie, fresh fruit, cheese, homemade sweets, and coffee or tea. You are welcome to enjoy it in one of our lovely lounge areas or out on the terrace, with striking views of the castle park.

In the evening, an eight-course dinner awaits in the restaurant – a journey in itself, featuring seasonal ingredients and local favorites from the Varaslätten region. Fish, seafood, game, and early vegetables take center stage in this playful and creative menu, which changes with the seasons.

After a good night’s sleep in one of our castle rooms or suites, breakfast is served. You’ll find freshly baked bread with luxurious toppings, fresh fruit and berries, warm dishes, yogurt with delicious sides, and our own spice blend to finish it off. Juice and croissants are, of course, also included. A classic hotel breakfast – with a castle twist.
