Midsummer in Dalarna – A Tradition Like No Other

Nowhere in Sweden is Midsummer celebrated quite like in Dalarna. Dressed in traditional costumes, we raise the maypole, dance, and sing—an unforgettable celebration that must be experienced.

Tällbergsgården is located just steps from the village maypole and within walking distance of many Midsummer festivities. Around this time, you can also experience the season’s first traditional church boat race in nearby Siljansnäs—or simply stay in Tällberg, where everything you need is close at hand.

Stay in one of our personally decorated rooms, some with views of Lake Siljan. In our restaurant, enjoy seasonal three-course dinners inspired by the finest local ingredients.
