Take a dip in Lake Aspen, just a few short steps from the manor and our guest houses, enjoy a relaxing walk or picnic in the summer sun surrounded by beautiful nature. In the evening, a grill buffet is served, featuring the best seasonal ingredients — created and prepared by our skilled chefs. Fall asleep in crisp sheets in our Carpe Diem beds and wake up to a delightful breakfast buffet served in the manor house.

The grill buffet includes everything from locally sourced sausages and select meat cuts to salads, sauces, and other delightful accompaniments.
