Welcome to a relaxing day with a focus on relaxation, exercise and breathing in our beautiful and harmonious environment.

Grounding or earthing as we say in Swedish, is one of the most basic things you can do to improve your health. No prior knowledge is needed to participate. You will also enjoy delicious flavors in energy replenishment such as coffee and food. After a relaxing and wonderful day for both body and soul, you will fall asleep soundly in our comfortable beds.

Program for the day:

09.00 Start with homemade bread roll & smoothie
10.00 Beach yoga. Morning walk to Fulvik's sandy beach. Yoga-inspiring exercises on the beach.
11.30 Vegetarian lunch
12.30 Forest calm - soft movements during a quiet walk with a focus on breathing.
13.00 Naturfys - a simple training with the body as a tool out in nature.
14.00 Coffee break in Stufvenäs
14.30 Relax in the spa, enjoy the hot baths and sauna. Feel free to book a treatment!
17.30 Three-course dinner in the restaurant.
