For your hike, we prepare a tasty, energy-filled picnic, perfect to enjoy beside a lake or on a sunlit cliff.  

Bring your own backpack if possible, as well as a thermos for coffee or tea.
Just beyond Villa Sjötorp rise Bredfjället and the Coastal Path (Kuststigen) – a landscape of forest trails dominated by blueberry shrubs and spruce, accompanied by oak, ash and linden trees., open moorland, and sea views.

Here, you might meet ospreys and owls, orchids and sundews, as well as lynx, pine martens, and wolves. – a wild and living West Sweden. In the 14th century the area was a state-owned forest and had its population peak in the 18th and 19th centuries. Today, three farms with animals remain. You can still find remains of cottages, cattle paths, root cellars and other signs of the life that once happened there. Today Bredfjället is a popular hiking area with many fine paths and trails.
