We invite you to a wonderful weekend dedicated to game. Our Head Chef Gustav Rahm and his team will serve a five-course menu created with the finest seasonal ingredients.
Check in at Rosersbergs Slottshotell and feel the presence of history in the castle’s elegant salons and surroundings. Take a stroll down to the water or relax in your room before dinner is served at 7:00 pm in one of our dining rooms. Please let us know in advance if you have any dietary requirements.
Our food philosophy is based on a deep respect for ingredients and nature. Whenever possible, we use locally grown, organic and eco-labeled products, transforming them into dishes that create memorable dining experiences. After dinner, perhaps a cup of coffee or a cocktail in the bar will tempt you, before you drift off to sleep on soft, fluffy pillows. The next morning, a generous breakfast buffet awaits.
Tip! Extend your stay with a hiking add-on, including a packed lunch and map, or add a touch of luxury with champagne, a beer basket, or other delicacies in your room.
