Hotel - Båtsmansstugan

In Båtsmansstugan you live in a truly idyllic setting. Like a country cottage. Here you have four beds divided into two rooms and a kitchen, crocheted lace curtains, open fireplaces and rag rugs on the floor. Living here is like coming to grandma's in the country, with hotel service.

Båtsmansstugan was built in the 1770s and is our oldest cottage. Characteristic of the cottage's exterior are its lying logs. Once upon a time, Båtsman Larsson lived here, who worked at Wallby under its then owner, Captain Bråkenhielm. The cottage was renovated in 2011 and 2020 and to get the right feeling, we brought out the old wooden floor and decorated with Meiske wallpaper. Sit down in an armchair and enjoy the historical atmosphere. You will sleep well in beds from the 19th century, of course equipped with modern, comfortable mattresses. You can have your evening drink or morning coffee on your own patio.

All our cabins and rooms are equipped with shower and toilet, TV, free wireless internet, bed linen and towels. You get the silence and the beautiful view from your own veranda.
