Forest bathing - a nature experience for all the senses!
Shinrin Yoku is a Japanese term that roughly translated means bathing in the forest. It was created as a counterweight to Karoshi - working oneself to death - and means filling the soul with new energy.
Forest bathing has nothing to do with water, but gives you the opportunity to break the stress of everyday life, be quiet and enjoy nature. Nature doesn't require attention - it just gives!
