There are occasions that should be celebrated – and then there are occasions that are created to be celebrated. Our Champagne weekend is a tribute to the pleasures of life, where elegance, flavors and tranquility meet in a historic setting on the shores of Lake Mälaren.

Here you can check in, breathe out and let the weekend be filled with bubbly moments.

Bubble tasting with character
The weekend begins with an inspiring champagne tasting where you can discover different styles, flavors and nuances. From fresh and mineral to full-bodied and complex – each glass tells its own story. There will be a tasting of the sommelier's selection of champagnes and sparkling wines (a total of 5 different ones) under the supervision of experienced sommelier Lotta Junger. You will learn more about the craftsmanship behind the golden drops while the flavors are combined and changed by different snacks with saltiness, sweetness and acidity. Those who choose the Champagne Weekend with arrival on a weekday or Friday will have the tasting at 6:00 PM (takes 60 to 80 minutes) and those who choose the Champagne Weekend with arrival on a Saturday will have the tasting at 3:30 PM (takes about 60-80 minutes).

Three-course dinner in the castle restaurant
When evening falls, a three-course dinner awaits you in one of the castle's atmospheric halls while royalty and nobility look down from the original paintings on the castle walls. You choose your dishes from a menu that consists of meat, fish and vegetarian options.

Sleep well - wake up slowly
After an evening filled with flavors and conversation, a good night's sleep awaits you in one of our personally decorated hotel rooms with comfortable beds, located in different side buildings. There are no hotel rooms in the castle building itself. The next morning, a generous breakfast buffet is served at the castle.

Champagne weekend is more than an overnight stay – it is an experience that bubbles with atmosphere, taste and community.
