Värmdö country offers marked trails through nature, bays and archipelago landscape to e.g. Siggesta Gård or Lillsved sports school. Or go west via Rindö with local food producers, Oscar Fredriksborg's fortress, swimming area and a few miles further, the idyllic Vaxholm City with small shops, cafes, etc. and the Citadel or all the way to Bogesundslandet.
