Hiking Getaway at Båsenberga – Discover the Peace of Nature
When you book Båsenberga’s Hiking Package, a delicious packed lunch and access to our sauna are included – everything you need for a relaxing and energizing day outdoors.
We welcome you to Båsenberga, surrounded by beautiful forests and lakes that offer plenty of hiking options. In spring, the woods are lush and green, and in autumn, they are rich with mushrooms – perfect for long walks, scenic picnic spots, and time to reconnect with nature. There’s nothing more soothing than the stillness of the forest – the perfect place to breathe deeply and recharge.
For your hike, we’ll prepare a backpack with a tasty lunch including a sandwich, beverage, and something sweet. We’ll also provide trail maps with suggested routes – all you have to do is choose your path and maybe pack an extra sweater.
There are several scenic trails within walking distance from the hotel, but you can also drive to Brevens Bruk, where a beautiful 18 km trail starts and follows the shoreline of Lake Sottern.
From 3:00 PM, your room will be ready for check-in. Take some time to relax before enjoying the evening’s four-course dinner, carefully prepared using locally sourced ingredients.
After a restful night, wake up to the inviting scent of fresh coffee and enjoy our generous breakfast buffet before checking out.
